The Best Price Guarantee Rebate Program was introduced in April 2024 as one of the incentive programs Yoho provides to all Merchants. In this Program, Merchants will enjoy a 2% commission rate rebate if they agree to sell their products on the Yoho Platform at the most competitive prices compared to other channels.
「最優惠價格保證回贈計劃」於 2024 年 4 月推出,是友和為所有合作商戶提供的一項獎勵計劃。在此計劃中,若商戶同意在友和平台上以相較於其他通路(包括其官方網站)最具競爭力的價格銷售商品,即可享有 2% 的佣金率回贈。

* Please be aware that Yoho retains the right to modify the categories, which may result in certain categories being included or excluded from this list. Merchants are required to adhere to the latest arrangement. If specific eligible SKUs are no longer deemed eligible, no rebates will be granted.

The Merchant sells its products on the Yoho Platform at the most competitive prices compared to other channels (including its official website). The merchant, in return, will enjoy a 2% commission rate rebate.
商戶在友和平台上以相較於其他通路(包括其官方網站)最具競爭力的價格銷售商品,作為回報,商戶將享有 2% 的佣金率回贈。
The Merchant who joins this program will have its products labeled with "Best Price Guarantee" and will potentially be given extra exposure in marketing campaigns and priority in product sorting.
參與此計劃的商戶,其商品將標示「最優惠價格保證」標籤,並有機會在行銷活動中獲得額外曝光,以及在商品排序中獲得優先權。
Yoho members have the right to request price difference compensation within 24 hours of purchasing if they discover that the same product is priced lower on other shopping platforms operated by the same Merchant, including the merchant's official website.
若友和會員在購買後 24 小時內發現同一商品在同一商戶經營的其他購物平台(包括商戶官方網站)上的價格更低,則有權要求價格差額補償。
Yoho will thoroughly verify such cases and offer compensation in the form of Yoho membership points. There is no limit to the amount of price difference compensation.
友和將徹底核實個案,並以友和會員積分的形式提供補償。價格差額補償金額將不設上限。
Subsequently, Yoho will charge back the corresponding amount and deduct it from the Merchant's monthly statement. The Merchant shall bear the full responsibility for the price difference compensation.
隨後,友和將向商戶追討相應金額,並從商戶的月結單中扣除。商戶須將承擔價格差額補償的全部責任。
*It is essential to acknowledge that the marketing and product sorting privileges are not guaranteed. The final decision rests solely with Yoho.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply in the following situations 「最優惠價格保證」不適用於以下情況:
(i) payment discounts offered by credit card companies or other payment providers / 信用卡公司或其他支付服務供應商提供的付款折扣,
(ii) discounts offered by third-party websites or marketplaces / 第三方網站或市集提供的折扣,
(iii) B2B price /(B2B)價格
(iv) bundle price / 套裝價格
(v) flash deal price / 閃購價格
(vi) member price, and / 會員價格 及
(vii) redemption price / 回購價格
