Summary:

In this timeline, the dragon world is almost entirely covered by water. Every tribe save for the SeaWings is sequestered on its own small island, and they are only capable of interacting through the SeaWings. The SeaWings reign supreme in this world and are the sole managers of global trade and information. Some tribes hold the SeaWings in very high regard and are more than willing to submit to their rule, while others hold a heavy disdain for them, but are unable to do anything about it.

Occasionally some multiverse travelers will come here in order to escape their everyday woes for a bit, spending time flying out across the endless sea.
