Numagaeru

Numagaeru is a large, strong MudWing who serves Empress Ban beside his older brother Numawani. He and his brother are descended from a long line of noble warriors, although Numagaeru never really considered this a very big deal. Despite his imposing stature, he can be rather timid at times and usually shies away from conflict rather than diving headfirst into it. When push comes to shove, though, he will firmly defend his kingdom and the dragons living within it, the bravery and compassion he displayed during the SandWing Civil War earning him a high place in the Empress' court. Although, he is a little miffed that he has to serve under his domineering brother.

Since he was a child Numagaeru has been intimidated by Numawani. Having witnessed his brother's cold ruthlessness first-talon - even having been on the receiving end of it more than once - he tries his best to not displease his brother and incur his wrath. Even with his greater size and stature compared with his older sibling, it is still abundantly clear from the way he holds his head low and wings close who the more dominant of the two is. Numagaeru's trepidation has also resulted in him passively allowing Numawani's rebellious ideas despite not feeling all too inclined towards them.
