Plectro made an awesome video for NecroDancer fight.
This makes up-rat stronger on Cadence.
I learned this from Spooty's run.
You should stay close to ND to prevent him from moving.
If you have leaping, you can skip the entrance puzzle too.
It works in the same way as NecroDancer.
However, ND2 himself sometimes stops moving. In that case, you just chase him.
You can use fireball/bomb with the first lure.
Sometimes you need 2 bombs. Watch out for damage (or just tank it).
You can use it on:
Phase 1: for consistent fight
Phase 2: for potentially fastest fight
You shouldn't use it in front of boss door. (It won't break upper sarcs.)
Elad's nice guide:
With down-rat, you can ignore rider spawns. With up-rat, you can finish the fight faster.
You'll get good parity for riders if you enter from side, which allows you to keep hglass for forward riders.
Hokuho's awesome video:
Very difficult and usually tanky.
It's not guaranteed that GL's head will be lined up, and you can turn off lunging when you want.
biggiemac42 made an awesome guide for Nocturna, which includes main strategies for Frankensteinway/Conductor.

FSW Notes:
You can use transform to negate peace and potentially summon red dragon.
You can't disable shield if you lunge shield generators after it generated shield, but if you lunge them before it generates shield, they can't generate shield: which means you can save 2 bombs by lunge 4 shield generators away before finishing phase 1. (You need to lunge them not to button tile.)
This can be combined with red dragon strat.
Useful on Nocturna score, where you tend to use all your health to blood shopdig. (rem: greed drain doesn't affect bat form.)
End the fight with/before first waterball. Basically you need to be tanky.
1. Hit rightmost battery 4+ times (can be 2 with Conductor's bomb)
2. Bomb, Bomb, Go Left, Bomb, Bomb, Go Left...
I learned this from Plectro.
Tiles where conduits are/were don't have boss activation.
Sometimes badly spawned enemies prevent you from doing this.
If you lunge into phase2 batteries, game crashes. Be careful.
If you can't reach stairs due to camera, zoom out by video settings.
Unavailable for Synchrony DLC.
You can use a blademaster from phase 1 to quickly discharge batteries.
You can hit Conductor herself with hammer to discharge batteries.
Zap dagger allows you to discharge batteries without standing on the wire, thus you can hit Conductor herself to discharge too.
You also can attack Conductor from side, but in that case you'll get hit from Conductor (so you need shield or tankiness).
You can farm up your life in phase 1 for safeplay.
