DR himself has 2 types of spawns (Left/Right)
1 turn ≒ 0.43 sec ("For Whom the Knell Tolls" is 140bpm.)
I tried only few times for "Turn Consumption". "Consistency" is very subjective. And both depends on builds and your skills. Don't trust it.
