Learn how to grow it, work with it, protect it, how to bring it out and how to adjust it to the situation.

Everyone has their own spark, their own Zest. Some people seem louder than others and you might see or hear their zest easier. Others seem more quiet, and their zest may not be as loud. Each version of zest is okay! There is no one way zest has to be, or supposed to look. You can have an ocean of internal zest held quietly-and you can show zest externally too. So, for anyone thinking their zest must look like others around them... you don't. You Be You.

Maybe you could make a video on what you and others have learned about Zest!

Maybe you could create a survey about how Zest as part of a math project...

Zest can increased and protected by self-care. Self-care includes things like:

going outside and getting enough sun and nature
spending time how you want to spend it
getting enough sleep
playing
exercising
doing things you love
freely giving something you can give to the world around you
receiving from others too
spending time with others you like/love
spending time alone

to help you in this moment be your best-

loose, fun, energetic with some jest

this side of you, the un-stressed.

Please do show some consideration, too much expressed zest

may seem like a pest

to the rest

with different rules than you within their nest

or those trying to focus, study or take a test.

How can you invite Zest into a situation to make it MORE FUN?

How can you work with your teacher to create fun options for a task?

How can you learn that you are choosing to do something, so remembering reasons why you are choosing to do something (more than not getting in trouble) you will find energizing reasons or motivation.
