I hear you, it is tough to use self-control certain times.
I find it interesting to note all the times I do use self-control, and learning what is behind the times I do not. I get to learn more about myself: what I value, how I want to be, learning how things are in the moment versus how things look when some time has passed. These are explorations. I would invite you to use your strength of curiosity as you learn more about using your strength of self-control.
The next section with the stop sign is less flexible with its tip for using self-control.
