Usage

The whole kelp plant is used.

Storage

When dried, sealsbreath can store for up to 6-8 months.

Effects

When consumed it strengthens the lungs and allows for Valleyfolk to breathe underwater for a short period of time. It is very effective for fishing and underwater scouting, but has no healing properties.

Where to find

Available all year round, sealsbreath is commonly found around the southern coast of Eirmuir. It grows attached to the base of deep rocks and glows with a faint blue light when submerged.
