Fiery Warpath

Effective traps: Physical, Arcane, Tactical, Draconic, Hydro

  • Before you are able to travel to Fiery Warpath, you must have the rank Baron/Baroness and have obtained Sandtail Call to Arms from completing the "Capture of the Mystic and Technic Kings" adventure.
  • Fiery warpath is divided into 4 parts: Wave 1, Wave 2, Wave 3, and Wave 4.
  • Each of the first three waves gets progressively longer by having more mice to clear.
  • In each wave, there are groups with different weakness types. It is best to clear a wave using streaks which will cause other mice to retreat.
  • There are a few streaks which will cause additional mice to retreat:
    • Capturing 3 of the same mouse in a row will cause 2 additional mice of the same type to retreat.
    • Capturing 6 of the same mouse in a row will cause 4 additional mice of the same type to retreat.
    • Capturing 9 of the same mouse in a row will cause 6 additional mice of the same type to retreat.
  • The higher your streak the higher your chances of attracting Gargantuamouse. Failing to catch him can end the streak and he is only attracted to draconic traps.
  • It is suggested that you do not streak more than 6 as breaking a streak means you would have to start all over again.
  • Capturing Crimson commander while on a streak will cause a number of mice equal to the current streak to retreat from each group.

Eg. A streak of 0 will cause 1 mouse of each type to retreat. A streak of 7 will cause 7 mouse of each type to retreat.

  • Streaking in fiery warpath is best done with Super|Brie+ and appropriate wave charms. Arming gouda or weak charms could break the streak due to failed to catch (FTA) or failed to attract (FTA) or catching the wrong mice, so it is not suggested.
  • It is important to note that in fiery warpath once you start you must complete all four waves. The only way you can go back to wave 1 is by catching Warmonger Mouse.

Wave 1

  • Mice (Weakness) :
    • 35 Desert Archer (Physical)
    • 35 Desert Soldier (Physical)
    • 35 Vanguard (Physical)
    • Caravan Guard (Physical, tactical, hydro)
    • Crimson Commander (All stated in above)
    • Gargantuamouse (Draconic)
  • Wave 1 is should be the fastest to clear since it has the least amount of mice to catch.
  • Failing to catch the Caravan Guard mouse will result in one additional reinforcement added to the mice your currently have. Only this only for the 3 main groups (desert archer, desert soldier, vanguard). When you have only 10 mice left to defeat, caravan guard will retreat.

Note: Having extra hunters/friends in this same area can help to prevent an ftc which would cause the additional reinforcement of mice. But this is not 100%.

  • Gargantuamouse is the easiest to attract in this wave. So if you need to get it, this wave offers you your best chance.

Note: gargantua can only be attracted streak 7+ and above.

  • How to attract Gargantuamouse every time:
    1. Use Super|Brie+ and appropriate super charms to reach a streak of 7.
    2. Once at streak 7, continue with Super|Brie+ and now add a Gargantua Charm. You should also arm your best draconic trap. This should attract him.

Wave 2

  • Mice (weakness):
    • 40 Flame Archer (Physical)
    • 40 Flame Warrior (Physical)
    • 40 Sentinel (Physical)
    • 20 Inferno Mage (Hydro)
    • 45 Sand Calvary (Tactical)
    • Caravan Guard (Physical, tactical, hydro)
    • Crimson Commander (All stated in above)
    • Gargantuamouse (Draconic)

Wave 3

  • Mice (weakness):
    • 50 Crimson Titan (Physical)
    • 50 Crimson Ranger (Physical)
    • 50 Crimson Watch (Physical)
    • 20 Flame Ordinance (Arcane)
    • 30 Magmarage (Hydro)
    • 60 Sandwing Calvary (Tactical)
    • Caravan Guard (Physical, tactical, hydro)
    • Crimson Commander (All stated in above)
    • Gargantuamouse (Draconic)

Warmonger

Theurgy Warden

Wave 4

  • Mice: (weakness)
    • 12 Theurgy Wardens (Physical)
    • 1 Warmonger (Physical)
  • You need to hunt all the wardens before you are able to capture Warmonger. Warmonger may appear more often as the numbers of warden dwindle. Trying to catch monger before all the wardens have been caught is futile.

Note: You can skip all the warden and catch Warmonger instantly if you use Ultimate Charm. However, any uncaught wardens will be missed in the process.

  • The first time you catch warmonger, he is guaranteed to drop one of these trap parts:
    • The Oasis bead
    • Sandblasted Metal
    • The Sphynx Crystal

Note: Warmonger also drops a variety of loot, which you can check here.

  • If you are lucky enough to get sandblasted metal on the first try congrats, getting it is very rare. Check your gold and if possible you should keep it because it is needed to craft the best Physical weapon offered. But keep in mind you will need two pieces of sbm and additional victories to craft this powerhouse.
  • If you do not get a piece of sandblasted metal you will get either the Oasis Bead or the Sphynx Crystal. Whichever you get, buy the other as soon as you can and craft both traps.
  • Craft the oasis water node trap to hunt Living Garden. And the Sphynx Crystal to hunt Furoma for SOJO and MOJO.
  • It is possible Warmonger will drop these loots in other victories but it is recommended you buy what you need as soon as you can and once you get the loot from catching Warmonger, sell it to recoup your sb or gold.
  • Once you have caught all the Wardens and Warmonger you will be transported back to Wave 1 where you will start your march over again

Artillery Commander Mouse

Artillery Commander's Tent

  • To access the commander's tent, you need:
    1. 1 Fiery warpath Victory (Completed the entire fiery warpath once)
    2. 150 Flameshards
    3. 1 Warpath portal core & 1 Warpath portal console (To purchase Warpath Portal Projector)
  • The warpath portal core and warpath portal console can only be obtained as rewards from the fiery warpath treasure chest. Rare Fiery warpath treasure chest are more likely to drop these items. Only one of each, either the console or core can be obtained from a single chest. This means you may have to do multiple maps in order to get the portal or core.
  • Once you have both the portal core and portal console, you must purchase the Warpath Portal Projector from the fiery warpath cartographer. This will allow hunters to access the commander's tent during wave 4.
  • The warpath portal projector can only be used during wave 4. Using it during any other wave is not possible.
  • Once used, players will be transported into the commander's tent where you will need to hunt a few mice:
    • 5 Theurgy Wardens
    • 1 Artillery Commander

Note: As you the number of Theurgy wardens lessen, Artillery Commander will be attracted more often. You cannot catch Artillery Commander until you have hunted all the wardens. Arming Ultimate Charm will allow you to catch Artillery Commander even if you have not caught all the wardens.

  • You can only use the Warpath Portal Projector once for each of it you have.
  • Capturing the Artillery Commander, will cause hunters to be transported back to wave 4 along with a Artillery Strike Launch Box.

Note: You can enter the artillery commander's tent multiple times, without affecting you position on wave 4.

  • Using the Artillery Strike Launch Box will clear a wave completely and transport you to the next wave.

Note: Applies to wave 4 as well. (You will miss hunting the Warmonger) You will be transported back to wave 1 to start fiery warpath again.

Additional Notes

  • There are additional kits that will allow you to upgrade these 3 traps available here at fiery warpath. These kits are known as chrome kits which can be purchased from ronza / flea / market. However, these kits can be very costly to buy so you might want to withhold from buying them until you have enough resources. These kits are not necessary but will improve your overall catch rate and attractions.
  • There are a total of 3 chrome kits:
    1. Chrome monstrobot upgrade kit
    2. Chrome sphynx upgrade kit
    3. Chrome oasis upgrade kit

Summary

  • Get Oasis water node trap
  • Get Sphynx wrath trap
  • Get Sandstorm Monstrobot
