Great Winter Hunt 2018

Short summary (how the golems work):

• farm pecan Pecan Pecorino Cheese using normal store bought cheese
• use Pecan Pecorino Cheese to farm golems parts
• once you have enough golem parts to make a golem, make a snow golem and send them out to locations to collect stuff.
• wait for the golem to return by hunting normally or use a summoning bell to return the golem instantly.
• upgrade golem levels to increase the number of items brought back and the rarity of items.
• rinse and repeat

Advent Calendar

• Begins on 1st Dec
• This will run throughout the entire GWH.
• Remember to check in every day to get the rewards of the day. You might miss it if you forget to log in.

GWH Tournaments

• The might be tournaments during GWH which will rewards event cheese, event loot, etc.

GWH Adventure

• A new adventure will also be available only during this GWH. Be sure to complete it as it may reward aura, traps/base, etc...

What to prepare?

• Try to unlock new hunting areas, you do not need to be of rank yet. You just need to unlock the area to be able to send your golems there.

• Based on last year's GWH event, hunters are able to send golems to areas that they are not able to go but have unlock them. This could be the same this year. No Guarantee! Golems locations will be rank lock. You cannot send golems to areas you haven't unlock or higher rank areas.

• If you are close to unlocking certain areas, better get them unlocked soon as they will help you for progressing. Here is a list of items that can be obtained by sending golems to locations. Some items are not listed here.

Mossu Picchu - potions, nightshade, minerals, FBF

Fungal cavern - nightshade, minerals, gemstone, diamonds

Bristle wood rift - timesplit rune, potions, cog, QQ, tiny sprocket

Furoma rift - tokens, branch, cheese

Claw shot city - rare map dust

• Magic hats, summoning bells are making a comeback. CONFIRMED

Summoning bells - return golems from hunts immediately, no need to wait for hunts

hat - increases chance and additional slot for rare loot brought back by golems
