Something to look at...
Look at the following diagrams of DNA below. Try to replicate these images in your own notes. Can you label each section mentioned in your notes? The nucleotides (deoxyribose sugar, base and phosphate), the sugar phosphate backbone, the hydrogen bonds? Can you identify why we say it is a double-stranded, anti-parallel structure?
