Sol Italian and Seafood

What once was a elegant restaurant became abandoned after the apocalypse, letting plants overtake the building.

Once life began to return to the region now known as the Outer Lands, a mysterious, but eccentric man renovated the place with solar powered technology and old artwork taken from long gone museums. Initially, the location only sold vegetarian Italian food due to many being unsure of how safe eating the mutant creatures was, but with the recent resurgence of non-mutated animals, the location has started selling seafood meals with the vegetarian options.

On the building's walls are large vines, the eccentric owner kept a lot of the plants around for scenery, which inspired a movement in The New Frontier to keep as many plants in and around homes as possible.

Guests walking in will see beautiful red curtains supporting many Greek statues and various classic paintings, adding to the elegant scenery. It's said with the loss of museums many historians visit the restaurant just to see what was thought to be long gone pieces of art work.

The roof of the building is made of glass, letting natural daylight in the building. During the night there are lightbulbs and candles to brighten up the rooms, which creates an atmospheric meal said to bring many couples together. The light also helps power the building during the day, there are various solar panels hidden around and above the building.

Once guests are seated, they can look at the menu for elegant meal options.

Whether coming in for the elegant scenery or the fancy food, folks will have a beautiful memory to share at Sol.

Alloy's Family Tex Mex

The Alloy family were a group of hillbillies who were big doomsday planners, so when doomsday actually came they decided to share their resources with the town. Over generations this location became home to Alloy's Tex Mex restaurant, a cozy cabin built in what is now the Settlement of Rebirth is full of old TVs and radios saved by (the partially mutated) descendants of the Alloy family.

On the cabin's walls are taxidermized Mutant Creature heads, collected by the family over years from hunting. Some of these include classic urban myths such as the Jackalope, a callback to old school places not unlike the Alloy home. The walls also have various family photos that help tell the story of the establishment and the Alloy Clan over the centuries.

Each table has a game of bingo and some coloring sheets for the children. The bingo results are projected by the TVs all around the guest tables. Winners are given tokens that can be traded in for objects at the gift shop.

Of course, games aren't the only thing to enjoy at this quick service restaurant, as there's a whole menu of options for guests to savor!

No matter what they order, guests will leave Alloy's with fun memories, prizes, and full stomachs!

The Golden Plate

The Golden Plate is a buffet restaurant in the lobby of the old casino.

The restaurant takes up half of the old Gold Rush lobby with the other half having been converted into the Fancy Goods Store by the rebuilders of the Casino for the new era. It has a separate entrance with a neon sign leading the way to the door to differentiate it from the store that shares the connected space.

It's focus is on a combination of excess and fancy foods. The floor is marble, with non slip carpets placed around the stations with the food. The food is focused more on meat, but there are some seafood options. There are 6 stations with food, with most of the rest of the area devoted to seating, it's an open floor plan.

One station holds salad and raw veggies, the second holds apps, the third holds kid friendly food, the fourth holds fish and sushi, the fifth holds meats ( freshly carved and cooked to order) and the sixth holds desserts including a chocolate fountain . Each station has a different color of neon lights Salad is green, apps are pink, kiddie food is purple, fish is blue, steak is red and desserts are gold. The restaurant has a gold theme and can seat 300 people at booths and tables.

The Cure

The cure is the [mostly ironic] name for a small, shabby looking drink stand built by one who is only known as Hope. No longer solely run by Hope, The Cure sells A Variety of “potions” (Some say "Snake Oil" is a more accurate title) to the citizens of the Settlement of Rebirth as well as a small selection of food.

Guests can sample Fauna and Flora Sticks (Grilled Chicken and Asparagus Skewers) and Sunshine Sticks (seasonal grilled fruit skewers).

For refreshments Guests can try Poison Protection (a strawberry and dragonfruit sparkling soda), Retro Radiation (a lime and kiwi sparkling soda), Liquid Luck (a lemon and mango sparkling soda) and the namesake drink The Cure (a blue-razzberry orange sparkling soda)
