centercore world exhibition

Written by @Outbound

Four exhibits line the walls of CenterCore, visible on the map by the unlabeled tube-like structures. Each exbibit is outdoors, protected from the weather by a small roof.

The exhibit's bright décor encourages guests of all ages to stop by. Younger guests will be enthralled by the interactive buttons and levers, explaining complex modern inventions in a simple, fun way. Older guests can read and watch all about real and exciting new innovations coming to our world soon (tm).

The four exhibits are as follows:

  • Sustainable Energy, exploring the benefits of wind and solar power in our communities, whether it can be sustainable, and how it fairs to other methods such as fossil fuels.

  • Desalination, exploring efforts to convert salt water to drinkable water, hoping to bring water to needy communities and end freshwater droughts.

  • Nanosurgery, exploring efforts to improve surgery techniques through nanotech, improving both the cost and effectiveness of healthcare.

  • 3D Printing, exploring efforts to construct structures entirely through machines and modelling software, enabling cheaper and more environmentally sustainable structures.
