Stretch, Sketch,
and Connect
Each module contains the following elements: Stretch, Sketch, Connect which provide opportunities to engage your mind, body, and spirit in the writing process.
The Stretch
includes journaling (mind), short movement (body) and nature podcasts-mindfulness (spirit).
The Sketch
takes you to the outdoors. There are recommended hikes through the Delaware Water Gap Recreation area where you are asked to sit, engage your senses and write, responding to the prompts.
The Connect
encourages you to write about your experience in a journal. There will be key questions to guide your thoughts, but you are welcome to move beyond the suggestions.
