Welcome

Welcome to the course Teaching Writing Naturally! This is a 7 module course for teachers that seeks to integrate teacher well-being with the natural world to build our writing selves. 

Teaching naturally and writing naturally go hand in hand. Teaching naturally is doing what comes natural to us as educators. Writing naturally is writing in any form about what you are experiencing.  Principles of learning, well being, and science supply the foundation for the work.

Basic principles:

When you are ready to begin the course, please click on Module 1. 

You can then navigate to the next page by clicking on the blue next button at the bottom of the page. Or you can hover on the module 1 tab at the top of the page and click on the next subpage below it. Repeat these steps to work through the modules. There is also a previous button at the bottom of each page to help you navigate back.

Interactive Notebook

Throughout the course, you will be encouraged to reflect in a journal, and you can put those reflections in this interactive journal. On slide #2 of the notebook, you'll find directions for use.
