🔩 Technical Essence
The machine is powered by a 1.5 HP motor connected to a main shaft through a pulley-belt transmission system.
Multiple working shafts are driven from the main shaft using pulleys of different diameters to achieve variable RPM for each function.
A pull-gear control system enables the operator to choose whether a function is to be operated independently or simultaneously with others — a feature that makes this machine unique among conventional workshop machines.
Forward-reverse switching provides directional control, while the entire structure is fabricated using ‘C’ type steel channels, steel angles, M.S. sheets, steel shafts and cast-iron pulleys, ensuring durability and long life.
