Getting Started

This is a 2 (two) step training 

1. Please complete the video training first 

The refresher video class is 3 hours and 30 minutes long and can be taken at any time via the link below!  

2. Then complete the attached ASSESSMENT TEST 

(The minimum score to pass is 80%)

This is a mandatory training. 

BOTH steps must be completed to receive the certification.
