Program Managers play a vital role in supporting you as a Group Home Provider or House Manager by serving as your primary point of contact for all program-related matters. Their responsibility is to ensure that services are compliant with regulatory expectations, person-centered, and responsive to each individual's needs. Program Manager visits occur at least monthly, or more frequently if needed. All program-related questions, concerns, or issues—whether they involve documentation, individual protocols, or daily care—must be directed to your assigned Program Manager first, without exception. Questions about pay, mileage reimbursement, or training requirements should be sent to Human Resources instead. Please do not reach out to Maria Sutton with questions related to Programs, as she is not responsible for those areas. Your Program Manager is there to guide and support you, and should always be your first point of contact.
