Oversees Financial and Billing aspects as well as all of Human Resources, Compliance, and Training Development.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Responsible for Individual Service Plans (ISPs), Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), and WaMS authorizations and compliance.
Manages the Sunny Haven website and Lauris system (including Lauris forms and troubleshooting).
Point of contact for staff regarding service implementation, compliance, and resident concerns across Residential, CE, and Day Support.
Handles issues related to service authorizations, documentation requirements, and support coordination.

Supports DSPs with daily operations, direct care, and troubleshooting issues on-site.

Provides resources. guidance and collects information and documents for new hires
ensures a new hire has met all criteria to start employment and meets DBHDS and other agency requirements
Sets up new hire accounts in Lauris and TalentLMS once all onboarding and training is completed
Collaborates and assists HR assistant on onboarding new Providers and facility paperwork
