Lauris Online is the system we use to handle all of our documentation, communication, and admin stuff. It helps keep everything in one place so we can stay organized, follow the rules, and most importantly—focus on the people we support instead of drowning in paperwork.

2. Why We Use Lauris (a.k.a. What’s In It for You)

• All-in-One Spot: Daily notes, MARs, incident reports, activity logs, service plans—you name it, it goes in Lauris.
  
  

• Keeps Us Compliant: It’s built to meet all those state and federal rules we have to follow, so just using it helps us stay on track.
  
  

• Reports & Info: It pulls helpful data so managers can make decisions without guessing.
  
  

• Teamwork: You can message people, share files, and stay in the loop more easily.

3. How to Use It (and What to Use It On)

• Use a Computer: Lauris works best on a Windows computer using a regular browser like Chrome or Edge. It can be opened on your phone, but some stuff might not work right—and phone use for documentation isn’t recommended at this time.
  
  

• What You Can Expect: Depending on your role and the type of device you’re on, some buttons or options might look a little different. If something doesn’t work right, try switching to a Windows desktop/laptop first.
