DBHDS and State Regulations mandate that all onboarding requirements—including paperwork and training—be completed before working with the individuals we serve. These requirements ensure compliance with DBHDS, HCBS, DOL, and State regulations.
I am unable to clock into Homebase. What should I do?

If you are unable to clock in through Homebase, immediately notify your manager with your start time. Additionally, inform them when you clock out so they can manually record your hours in Homebase.
When will I receive my paycheck?
Contracted Employees: If you are a contracted employee under a contracted manager, please discuss payment details directly with them.
Sunny Haven, Collinswood, and Community Engagement Staff: Payroll is processed biweekly (every two weeks), typically on Fridays. However, the timing of direct deposit may vary depending on your bank. Some banks may hold deposits until the following Monday, which is beyond Sunny Haven Residential Services' control.
