Blowkiss Dolls

There were six different Blowkiss dolls made by Kenner. They were called this because when you squeezed their tummies they blew fruit scented kisses. These dolls were about 14 inches tall and were a large baby doll size. They came dressed in a one piece romper, hat and booties.

Five dolls in the line were released in 1983: Strawberry Shortcake, Orange Blossom, Lemon Meringue, Angel Cake and Apricot.

In 1984 a new doll was introduced with this line that had not been produced in any other line. Her name was Baby Needs a Name. She came with two hospital-type bracelets...one doll size and one child size. Her new owner could then give her a name.
