Birthday Cards
This card is unique to the others in my collection. It is dated 1978 before the character of Strawberry Shortcake was trademarked and does not have the Strawberry Shortcake brand mark on the back that was first used in 1979.
It was given to me on my 5th birthday by my neighbor, Tricia. It has a "magic" slate that could be written on and erased by lifting the plastic sheet.
Both of these cards were given to me by my aunt & uncle when I was a child. My mom saved all of my cards from that time period in a scrapbook.
This is an extra large card that measures approximately 8x10.
I believe this card may have been sent out as part of the "Berry Special Friend" Membership.
Above is the Baby Strawberry Shortcake logo that appears on the backs of the cards featuring the characters as babies.
This card contains an iron on inside.

This card originally came with punch out game pieces.
This card is so unique. It is a little book bound with staples. It has several different pages with images of Strawberry Shortcake and different sayings about the "birthday girl". This was given to a sweet gal I met through my website named Amber when she was a child, and she was kind enough to allow me to make it part of my collection!
