Signs – Stoneridge Village

No signs, ads, or notices may be placed on the outside of any unit or building without written approval from the Association.

The only exception is unit street numbers, which must remain as installed.

Political signs are allowed one month before an election and must be:

• Professionally prepared

• No larger than 24" x 24"

• Placed in a window or limited common area (like your patio)

• Removed within 3 days after the election

• Signs must relate to a candidate or referendum that is on the official ballot (per Wisconsin Statute §703.105(1m)).

Signs Directly from the Bylaws

Signs. No sign, advertisement, notice or other lettering shall be exhibited, inscribed, painted or affixed by any Unit Owner on any part of the outside of the Condominium without the prior written consent of the Association except that each Unit may be identified by street numbers as presently affixed to each Unit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, professionally prepared political signs may be displayed in a unit’s window or in the limited common area one month prior to an election and removed three days after said election.  Such signs may be no larger than 24" x 24" and must be one that supports or opposes a candidate for public office or a referendum question. (Per Wisconsin Statute section 703.105(1m). This rule applies ONLY to candidates and specific referenda on the ballot.
