Restrictive Covenants – Rules & Guidelines

Stoneridge Village is a deed-restricted community. To maintain the integrity, value, and harmony of our neighborhood, all residents must adhere to the following standards:

1. Compliance with Property Restrictions

• Universal Application: All Unit Owners—along with their guests, agents, family members, and future owners—are legally required to follow all protective covenants, restrictions, and easements tied to the property.

• Binding Nature: These rules are not optional; they are a condition of ownership and residency within the village.

2. Legal Foundation

• Recorded Documents: These covenants are derived from the original plat and legally recorded documents governing the Condominium property.

• Permanent Standing: These restrictions apply at all times and remain in effect regardless of changes in Board membership or unit occupancy.

Bylaw Provision: All Unit Owners, their invitees, agents, personal representatives, successors and assigns, shall at all times abide by and be bound by any protective covenants, restrictions and easements of record that are effective as to the plat in which the Condominium property is located, if any.
