Pest Control – Stoneridge Village

Unit Owners are responsible for pest control inside their unit and any Limited Common Elements (such as patios or garages).

If a pest issue originates from a unit, that owner may be held responsible for treatment in nearby units or common areas.

The Association currently uses Orkin for monthly exterior pest control treatments.

The Board may also hire pest control services for interior issues affecting multiple units. If so, costs may be charged to affected Unit Owners, depending on the situation.

Please do your part to help prevent pest issues and report any concerns promptly.
