Flammable Materials – Guidelines

• Avoid storing flammable, combustible, or explosive materials in your Unit, Common Areas, or Limited Common Areas.

• Only keep small amounts needed for normal household use (like lighter fluid or cleaning products).

• When in doubt, choose the safer option and store items responsibly.

Flammable Materials Directly from the Bylaws

No flammable, combustible or explosive fluids, chemical substances or materials shall be kept in or about any Unit, Common Area or Limited Common Area except such as are required for normal household use.
