Community Harmony & Nuisance Guidelines

Living in a condominium community requires mutual respect. To ensure Stoneridge Village remains a peaceful and enjoyable home for everyone, please follow these standards:

1. Respect Your Neighbors

• Noise Control: No loud or disturbing noises are permitted at any time. This applies to residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries.

• Peaceful Possession: Do not engage in any activity that interferes with the comfort, peace, or convenience of your neighbors.

2. No Nuisances Allowed

• Annoyances: Activities that cause unreasonable annoyance or disruption to other residents are strictly prohibited.

• Behavior: This includes repeated disturbances, offensive behavior, or any practice that prevents neighbors from enjoying their property.

3. Health & Sanitation

• Cleanliness: All areas of the property—including unit exteriors, patios, and common grounds—must be kept clean and sanitary.

• Clutter: Avoid leaving personal items or debris in common areas.

4. Protecting Community Insurance

• Risk Management: No actions are allowed that may increase the insurance premiums for the Association.

• Examples: Improper storage of flammable materials, unsafe exterior practices, or unapproved structural changes are prohibited.

Disturbing Noises: No Unit Owner shall make or permit any disturbing noises in the building by himself, his family, employees, agents, visitors, invitees, or licensees, nor do or permit anything by such persons that will interfere with the rights, conformity, or convenience of other Unit Owners.

Unreasonable Annoyance: No nuisances shall be allowed upon the Condominium property, nor any use or practice that is the source of unreasonable annoyance to residents or which interferes with the peaceful possession and proper use of the property by its residents.

Sanitation: All parts of the Condominium property shall be kept clean and in sanitary condition.

Insurance Liability: No Unit Owner shall use or permit any use of his or her Unit or any Common Element or Limited Common Element that will increase the cost of insurance upon the Condominium property.
