Outdoor Storage Policy

Stoneridge Village maintains a high standard of curb appeal and safety. To ensure our community remains clean and uncluttered, please adhere to the following bylaw:

🚫 No Outdoor Storage Allowed

As stated in the Stoneridge Village Bylaws:

"No outdoor storage of any kind is allowed anywhere on the condominium property."

Compliance Requirements:

• Personal Items: All personal belongings, including bicycles, toys, and sports equipment, must be stored inside your unit or garage when not in active use.

• Maintenance Equipment: Tools, ladders, and lawn equipment must remain out of sight within your garage.

• Materials: Any construction or landscaping materials must be stored internally.

Why this matters: Keeping our common areas and limited common areas (like patios and driveways) free from storage prevents safety hazards, protects property values, and ensures a uniform, professional look for the entire Village.
