Prohibited Activities – Stoneridge Village

To maintain a safe environment and protect our shared property, the following activities are strictly prohibited within the common elements, limited common elements, and adjacent streets:

1. Community Safety & Recreation

• Projectiles: The use of pellet guns, BB guns, or soft-air guns (including those shooting plastic bullets) is prohibited.

• Golf: For the safety of residents and property (windows/vehicles), the hitting of live golf balls is not allowed on community grounds.

• Skateboarding: Skateboarding is prohibited on all common elements and adjacent streets to prevent injury and property damage.

2. Conduct & Nuisances

• Littering: Please dispose of all trash in proper containers. Help keep Stoneridge clean.

• Loitering: Loitering in common areas or streets is not permitted.

• Motorized Vehicles: The excessive or disruptive use of motorized vehicles (such as mopeds or motorcycles) is prohibited. This includes unnecessary idling or high-speed operation within the village.

Bylaw Provision: The following activities are prohibited on the common elements, the limited common elements, and the streets adjacent to them: use of pellet guns or soft air guns that shoot plastic bullets; skate boarding; the hitting of live golf balls; littering; loitering; and excessive use of a motorized vehicle (i.e., moped; motorcycle).
