This Year-to-Date summary reflects the complete 2012 operating year and close-out for the Stoneridge Village Condominium Association. Throughout the year, the Association’s primary focus was strengthening governance controls established after the 2011 roof replacement year while addressing two long-running community pressure points: rentals and parking enforcement. A defining theme of 2012 was formalizing policy into enforceable, documented standards—supported by legal guidance, lender outreach, and structured voting actions tied to governing document language. The year concluded with clearer operating boundaries, continued emphasis on compliance and enforcement consistency, and defined carry-forward initiatives intended for 2013 execution.
