2006 was a governance-clarification and expectation-management year for Stoneridge Village.

The Association continued its transition from informal operations toward a disciplined, Board-led governance model. By reinforcing decision authority, clarifying committee roles, and emphasizing structured planning over reactive execution, the Board strengthened the Association’s ability to manage both physical assets and community relationships.

Stoneridge Village entered 2007 with clearer processes, better alignment between owners and leadership, and a more stable foundation for addressing future maintenance and capital priorities.
