2005 was a formalization and governance-strengthening year for Stoneridge Village.

The Association moved decisively away from informal practices toward documented authority, enforceable rules, and clearer operational boundaries. By establishing property management structure, codifying responsibilities, and enforcing safety-driven regulations, the Board laid the groundwork for long-term stability and reduced risk.

Stoneridge Village entered 2006 with stronger controls, clearer expectations, and a governance framework capable of supporting a growing and maturing condominium community.
