2002 was a transition year from formation to structure. The Association evolved from early-stage operations into a more disciplined, policy-driven organization.

The Board successfully introduced financial systems, strengthened governance, and addressed real-world challenges such as parking and safety. While some friction remained—particularly around enforcement and external cost pressures—the community moved forward with clearer expectations, stronger leadership, and a more sustainable operating model.

This year laid the groundwork for long-term stability, positioning the Association to handle future growth, financial planning, and community governance with increased confidence.
