Brief sub-class summary:

A Quickdraw Buster utilizes simple magic to conjure magical hands to wield a multitude of weapons at once, two with their own hands, two with the magic hands. They can also use the magic powers to load magic bullets instead of actual bullets.

The weapons Cobray has are:

Two Revolvers, Two Double-Barreled Shotguns, a Portable Chaingun, a High-Powered Sniper Rifle.

The Chaingun requires all four arms to be operated, and the Sniper Rifle would need at least two arms to be operated.

Said magical hands can also be used for other purposes.

Hammerspace: Because of Cobray's limited use of his magic powers beyond giving himself some magic hands to help him out, he's managed to solve his problem of having too little weapons in the battlefield after learning a bit more about his magic capabilities: Hammerspace. He's bound his weapons to teleport to a very limited hammerspace that just barely houses his weaponry, and he can call them out and dismiss them to hammerspace at will.

Personality: Cobray is a silver-tongued Casanova-wannabe, his convincing words lead him to loan some money from someone but that's usually the best he gets and he appreciates it, always paying back what he loaned (usually small prices).

With his higher-ups or peers, he's always respectful towards them, taking their words to heart ( his own judgement coming first at least ) and never tries to hit-up the older women at work.

Friendly and approachable, Cobray is never afraid of trying to chat up someone during some empty time, incredibly fluent in carrying a conversation all by himself, but manages to never become a motor-mouth.

Despite his chatty behavior and his always-comically-failing flirtatious nature along with always owing someone money, his intentions are always good, never bad, secretly wishing one day he'll be able to give more than he takes.

Reputation: Mostly well-known as a peacemaker, his chatty nature makes him easily recognizable between many students and teachers, even if they're new.

Sometimes known as "The Unbreakable" for his ability to fight tooth and nail even when heavily wounded, sticking to it to the end.
