- Brief sub-class summary: Blooms are so named because of their potential for growth. Blooms naturally excel in one particular element, but with enough training and nurturing, can become just as advanced in all other elements as well. Miyuki's natural specialization is Ice.
Sub-class Powers:
- Inferno: The heat energy within a set area is reversed. Areas of bitter cold and scorching heat occur in adjacent regions. Put simply, that which is hot becomes cold. That which is cold becomes hot.
- Nifleheim: Is capable of producing dry ice and even liquid nitrogen from the very air itself. It ignores heat and appearance, uniformly cooling all objects within a set area using magic.
- Freezing Flame: A conceptual magic that prevents anything from burning. This magic can suppress the temperature of targets within a certain threshold. Against this spell, most firearms become useless as it becomes impossible to ignite gunpowder and fire projectiles.
- Zone Interference: Exceptionally strong counter magic used solely to shut down all magic within a set area, with the exception of her own magic. Taurus theorizes that when Miyuki's Passion reaches higher levels, this will be one of the most powerful counter magic techniques in the world.
Individual Powers:
- Passion Limiter: Miyuki has the unique ability to temporarily seal another individual's natural abilities, by tapping into their Passion, and enforcing a synthetic cap on how much they're allowed to expel within a given amount of time. However, this ability isn't easily or lightly done; as it affects her as well. For each level of Passion she stops someone from accessing, she also temporarily loses access to her own.
- In theory, she could lock someone's Passion away forever, but it would require her to lock away her own Passion forever as well.

- * Face-claim if applicable: Shiba Miyuki from Irregular at Magic High School
- Weapons and combat gear they use: A personalized focus (or accelerator depending on who you ask) called a CAD. Regardless of whether it's a focus or an accelerator, it was designed by Professor Noire specifically for his younger sister; and as such, he's the only who knows what the acronym stands for.
Nature:

- Personality: Ultimately, Miyuki is a good person. She cares for each person, even those who she's never properly met, and would do anything in her power to protect someone too weak to protect themselves. That's not to say that some people aren't more important to her than others, with her brother being the most important person on Sliver as far as she's concerned. Additionally, it isn't entirely correct to say that her brother actually raises her, with it being closer that they both take care of each other. Ultimately however, Taurus is the elder sibling. Normally she's pretty friendly with everyone who doesn't outright act like a jerk, but she has been occasionally known to get a bit emotional whenever someone judges her brother, or implies he's weak; which can be quite the problem, as when she gets upset, she tends to lose control of her abilities. The air around might literally get a lot colder if you manage to greatly upset her.
- * How committed they are to their region:
- * Short backstory: Miyuki claims to be (and is claimed to be by her elder brother) a Magician, with her weapon supposedly being a Magician's focus. However, there are some rumors that would imply she's actually a Wild Card, and the 'focus' she uses is actually an Accelerator. Those who've witnessed her and her brother in action would say that there are clear similarities surrounding their weapons and the way they work, complete with the visible lines of codes, something that Miyuki and her brother both attribute to her Sub-class.
- Regardless of whether this is true or not, there are significant differences between Miyuki and her brother. For one thing, Taurus was disowned by their parents when it was revealed that he suffered from the genetic defect; and for another, Miyuki doesn't suffer from that same defect. For a time, Miyuki was rather displeased to have to live with their parents alone, before they became far too busy to take care of her; and Taurus arranged to have her enrolled in Lichtart, so that he could act as her gaurdian.
