• Racial abilities: A variety of demon, the Baphomet is said to give off an aura that influences others to do their bidding, but in reality it’s just pheromones. These pheromones make it easier for them to persuade individuals into doing their bidding, to an extent. The Baphomet is also strong with and resistant to dark and fire magics.
• Racial weaknesses: Baphomet are easily susceptible to holy or light magic, and are allergic to silver if it comes into contact with their skin or is ingested for whatever reason. The same pheromones given off by a Baphomet may also make them more detectable to creatures with an acute sense of smell…

• Brief sub-class summary: The Dark Lancer targets weak points and gaps in armor to exploit with its lance, often using a shield to keep its own weaknesses covered and magic attacks to provide support and other avenues of attack. Or, if all else fails, they can try and pierce enemy armor directly.
• Individual/sub-class powers:

Pheromones: These particular pheromones given off by a Baphomet aren’t particularly intoxicating, but do make said Baphomet seem more likable and agreeable, or even alluring. Those exposed to them may be more susceptible to performing some favors for Rose, but they can be easily resisted, and don’t work on non-humanoids or machines.

Shadowdraw: Gathers dark magic, preferably through a shield. This magic fuels the rest of her powers, and is more effective in dark, poorly-lit areas.

Darkbolt: A charged shot of dark magic that inflicts physical damage. Can be channeled through a lance. Weak against light armor, nullified by heavy armor.

Firebrand: Sets the business end of a weapon ablaze! … And that’s basically it.

Darkpulse: Unleashes a pulse of dark magic, which applies force and may blind or magically silence an opponent for a short time. This can be channeled into a wave through a shield.

Meteor Shower: Unleashes a rapid barrage of thrusts and stabs at her opponent (normally 6, but can be extended at the cost of more dark magic), fueled by dark magic. Each thrusts also shoots forth a fireball with minor explosive properties.

• Weapons and combat gear they use: Rose tends to use a steel lance and a 4’ wide round shield in battle, but will use a sword if she has to. She also has a particular set of steel armor (her “formalwear”) she uses whenever she can.

• Personality: Some have called Rose sadistic. Some have called her sultry. Neither is entirely correct; from her point of view, Rose is just trying to have fun with life… which usually means trying to manipulate someone to get what she wants. She doesn’t always mean to use people as a tool, however, and often finds herself ostracized by those she’s grown fond of once they see the bigger picture. She wouldn’t let just anyone see her grief for what is really is, though, and tries to shake it off with a wolfish grin, dark humor, and a harsh laugh, though not necessarily in that order.
