Notification of accommodation of foreigners For establishments (TM. 30)

Please contact the Dormitory's Owner/House Master/Authorized Person to fill out the TM.30 at the Immigration website and then print out the TM.30 form for you. 

Please note that you will need to submit TM.30 form to extend your visa. The landlord can do it online.

Remark:

1. The landlord must register TM.30 form by 24 hours after your move in. Otherwise, the landlord must pay for a fine. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?p=14721

3. You need to send a copy of your passport to the landlord for this process.
