The task number is a concatenation of the two node numbers as would exist in a PERT chart - if one existed for the project or work order. These numbers are assumed to be seqential integers from 0 to whatever (typically <100) and the task number concateantes the first node plus a "-" plus the second number. eg: 0-1, 2-11, 33-99
They are uniques only within the work order number.
