2.0 Purpose: The pm4s scrum is the primary collaborative meeting for identifying, tracking and modifying tasks and sub-tasks within a "project"
3.0 Usage
The pm4s scrum only refers to a pm4g type of work order and only applies to hri07e compatible projects.
4.0 Frequency
Daily -for very active project teams of <11 people with highly dependent tasks.
Weekly - for normal project with larger teams working on moderately dependent tasks.
Monthly - (not a scrum anymore - this is more like a postmortem)

pm4s documents and deliverables are to be located in the Google Drive folder for the parent task if no other obvious location exists - for example - the Notice of Meeting will be a Google Calendar event and a subsequent email to each participant. The agenda will remain in the file - especially for sensitive items - access restricted to "need to know"
