note: "system" in this context is simply the higher level item (aprent) and the "sub-system" is one of more than one parts of that item (child)
google sheet tabs:
- specification ("a "complete" set of data key codes for the selected or existing items)
- comparison table (relevant data key codes and links for items being compared for selection or even compatible replacements. Also embedded links to vendor references - explicit URI's should not be necessary in most cases )
- calculations (simple calculations and non-sensitive can be contained within the data sheet file)
- drawings (simple large graphics can be embedded in a separate <labeled please> tab if the won't fit within the data keys columns and rows)
- Kit requirements (for simple requirement the ILS kits can be specified within the data sheet)
