Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not Knowledge Management (KM) - at least not in hri07e. In this context KM may be seen as closer to the much more humble domain of "data management" - while the hyper-sexy fields of Semantic Web, Social Web, Web 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 (and - you saw it here first!) 5.0 have been relegated to the rarefied atmosphere in the domain of Artificial Intelligence.
That is not to say that hri07e does not use Semantic Web - as that is the whole purpose of the "key codes" which will someday (hopefully) connect the engineering data sheets to agents that can automate engineering calculations while still allowing mere mortal engineers who don't speak native XML and C# to read their own data.
