Project hri07e is the initial attempt to put togther an information system to support HRI until it matures to something better. Among other things the project requires that project have deliverables and that the deliverbales follow relatively predictable formats, contents and in this case - a "recommendation" about how often the deliverable is delivered. If the deliverbale is say - a timesheet - it may be required every two weeks, whereas if the delverable is a proposal it should only need to be published once.
