3.0 Usage: This is an extension of the km6 "topics" concept to be used in highly active domains (such as cloud computing presently) where the results of every conference affect the commentary.
4.0 Frequency: The initial portal and report are setup once, but may be revised several times if required. However the "dashboard" and real time analysis tools must continue to work in automated mode for the useful life of the portal.
