Modules 1, 2, 3 are included here to get you started on your own personal journey of transformation.
Please note: People who use this website may be doing the work for PERSONAL SKILL BUILDING and INTUITIVE ENHANCING PRACTICE. Some instructions include 'if you are coaching someone, etc.....' -- you can ignore these instructions; and do your own PERSONAL SKILL BUILDING, INTUITIVE ENHANCING PRACTICES, and SELF-INQUIRY CLARIFICATION for your own draft of a Life by Design Plan.
Modules 4 and 5 will be opened as you complete your work in this section.
email me to move forward--
Modules 1-4 are a deepening of the authentic 'voice' and inner vision of self as experienced and reflected through traditional assessments and assignments for self discovery. There is an assumption that most people have moved into a transitional state in one or more areas of their life; and a review of their personal work at this time is rewarding and self-affirming. If they are coming to a professional for 'coaching' and Life Direction work, a review of essential gifts, talents, education, wants and desires, as well as reviewing their 'vision' for life is up for a review and maybe revision. The 'adapted' processes from deep self inquiry, accepted psychological and profile testing, self-discovery questionnaires, Wise Mind Process, wheel of life, and the deepening ability and skill to have inner conversation with your own authentic self is taught and experienced.
Module 5 is a transition from deep Inner work to outer work. Here is an opportunity for a new positive self image, a private with me for reviewing and 'releasing' whatever has gotten in their way. For example: clients may have not used the Wise Mind process enough for self inquiry; use of language for positive self enforcement; or an emotional state that may be unidentified and needing to be released using the release technique. Various individual personal reasons and reflections generally show up during this module and in our 1:1 session.
Module 6 is your 1:1 session. A draft of your Life by Design Plan will need to be completed before this meeting.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Module 6.5 is the step by step organization of the results of the inner work. Here Wants and Desires turn into highest option choices. Choices turn into Commitments. Language is reviewed. Action Plan created.
