CAT tools are software that gives translators more flexibility in their work by enabling the use of various formats and vocabularies that keep translations consistent.
Through this course we are going to understand that CAT tools can be used by professional translators for their job; however, they are not automatic translation services. The usage of CAT tools ensures a greater quality of the translation's final product and has numerous advantages for both the translator and the intended audience.
Without a doubt, the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the teaching-learning process has changed how higher education is taught since these technologies include new instructional methodologies that create diverse environments that make it easier for students to acquire knowledge. However, not all of them are easy to use.
As I see it moodle sometimes can be a little bit boring because there is not much interaction, of course, we have all the information at hand but I believe it contributes to our lazy minds. On the other hand, working on the website allowed us to enhance our creativity and challenged us to be out of our comfort zones by encouraging participation and integration with our classmates.
To conclude, the combination of different teaching methods helps us to develop communication skills, improve social relations and increase the ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment such as the teaching-learning process.
