Chop the onions, tomatoes and chilli and coriander.
Juice the lemon.
Set aside the amount of water needed as per instructions on the packet.
In a large frying pan, add the oil and garlic ginger paste & Chillis. One combined, add the onions, tomatoes and fry until golden brown and softened.
Add all your spices and lemon juice. Mix throughly and make sure it's all well combined.
Add the instructed amount of water and let it come to boil. Add the Maggi noodles and cover the lid.
Let it cook for around 5 mins on medium flame. Keep mixing it until the water has gone.
Sprinkle dhana (Coriander) on top and enjoy.
