Make sure you thoroughly wash the prawns several times and it has been deveined. I keep the heads on for more flavour. This does taste better with shell on.
Chop all the garlic, chillies and parsley/coriander into small little pieces.
In a frying pan, add the oil and chilli flakes on medium low heat. Let it cook for a minute and add the garlic and half of the chopped chilli. Do not let the garlic burn. Add the onions and cook till golden. Add the spices and salt & pepper. Mix all for a minute on low heat.
Add the prawns until its pink and cook through. Sprinkle parsley or the coriander on top with a squeeze of lemon juice. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the prawns and get ready to eat.
Served with coriander & lemon rice.
