This is my take on his delicious recipe with a milder twist...
Pat the chicken wings dry and place into a bowl. Add the crushed garlic and sprinkle olive oil to coat. Then add the dry ingredients (baking powder, salt & pepper and cayenne or paprika powder) and place them on pre foiled baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°. Cook the wings for 40 minutes. Turn the wings after about 20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
In a saucepan, heat up the unsalted butter and the sriracha sauce. Add the lime zest and the honey. Cook for 5 minutes on low simmer. Once the chicken wings have been cooked, add them to the sauce and glaze all over. Sprinkle coriander or spring onions for extra crunch.
Serve with sour cream.
