Freddy leads the anglers' association of the Aoroa region and is known as a master fisherman. Complete the initiation and learn more about fishing Pokémon. Who knows what knowledge and materials they will share with you.

Stage 1 - Obtain the Three Fishing Rods

First, you must obtain all three Fishing Rods in the game. You can find their locations in the Item Overview.

Stage 2 - Defeat the Fishermen

To prove your battling skills, defeat the three Fishermen standing in front of the house.

Stage 3 - Catch a Qwilfish

Next, Freddy wants to see a Qwilfish. In return, he’ll share Pokédex data for other Water-type Pokémon, revealing their catch locations. Use the Encounter Overview to find them.

Stage 4 - Catch a Slowpoke

Then, Freddy will ask to see a Slowpoke. Once again, he’ll reveal the locations of more Water-type Pokémon.

Stage 5 - Catch an Alomomola

Next, Freddy wants to see an Alomomola. He’ll share even more Water-type locations with you.

Stage 6 - Catch a Feebas

Finally, Freddy will ask to see a Feebas. As a reward, he’ll give you a Prism Scale. You can also return to him anytime to receive more Prism Scales if needed. The quest will then conclude.
